Attention Sabbath School Departments!!!

Sabbath School Teacher training dates for part 1B (continuation from Part 1A) have been changed to the following dates:
  • 12TH SEPTEMBER - Areas 5 & 6 – Camp Hill Church 
  • 10TH OCTOBER - Areas 1 & 2 – Preston Church
  • 17TH OCTOBER - Areas 3 & 4 – Nottingham Central Church
All venues remain the same. Dates for Part 1C of Sabbath School teacher training will be rescheduled soon.  Any further queries, please contact Orlene Dunkley (Secretary for Sabbath School Department).

Cook required for L.I.G.H.T Medical Missionary School

BUC Evangelism Training, 26th July - 1st August

For those interested in inclusive Evangelism this is the 2nd year that the BUC will offer one course that will help members to grow spiritually, to understand how to nurture other members and how to move a little closer to a discipled member of the Church model. This programme is designed to help members understand some of the multidisciplines in Evangelism and will focus on discipleship and holistic small groups, while engaging them to function efficiently in their local area.

Special Offer:  If your Church registers three or more people there will be a £10.00 subsidy per person up to a maximum of five persons per church.  The idea behind this is to have a base support group in each church to help implement some of the strategies that will be taught over the week.

Bournville Campaign, Health March and Health Expo

7th - 21st August 2010: Bournville Seventh-day Adventist Church hosts  New lifestyle Series 2 - Jesus is the Answer.  Speakers: Enoch Adu and Bournville Youth. Singing Evangelist: Mahali Selepe Venue: Selly Oak Park, Gibbins Road, Birmingham B29. Under the white tent. Nightly 7pm to 9pm except Thursdays All are invited.

7th August: Health March from Weoley Castle Square to Selly Oak Park, Gibbins Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham B29 Time: 2.30 - 4pm Pathfinder and Adventurers are asked to come in their uniforms.  A Gospel Explosion would commence after the March.  Bring a friend and come along.

8th August: Health Expo - Free Health Checks, Keep Fit classes, Harvard step test, blood pressure check, peak flow and much more. Time: 1pm - 5pm Venue: Selly Oak Park, Gibbins Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham. B29. Under the White tent. Invite a friend and come along.

Gospel Roller Bash 2010, Sunday 22 August 2010
Venue: Derby Rollerworld, Mansfield road, Derby.
Time: 6-10pm
Tickets: £10 adults/ £5 children (aged 15 and under)
